Collins Radio PRC-124 Tactical Radio

Collins PRC-124 30-88 MHz VHF-FM Conventional and Frequency-Hopping Tactical Radio. This was the Collins Radio entry to the SINCGARS Squad Radio Competition in the mid-80s. It uses the same accessories as the PRC-25/77 family, as far as audio, batteries, and carrying harnesses. Easy to operate with a very intuitive knob/LCD display user interface for selecting frequencies, presets, and operational modes. We have two of them in stock--One with RT-1480/PRC-124 Tags, and the other marked as a Collins 628K-1. Both are supplied with batteries, a H250 handset, and a substitute antenna from a PRC-148 MBITR. This radio is also sold as the PRC-1088 by Datron/Transworld Communications, and I believe they still support it.
