Keltec 7.62MM NATO bullpup rifle, that uses metric FAL magazines, has a GREAT, crisp trigger, and ejects the fired brass out the front of the rifle through a tube. The charging handle looks reversable, and the safety, mag catch, and bolt release are ambidextrous.... This rifle is the CAT'S ASS! :) Talk about compact firepower, in an easy-to-handle, ergonomically-designed package! The carbine has an 18in barrel to meet OAL requirements, and there is a 24in battle rifle version, as well as a 32in precision rifle version. Price quoted (assumed MSRP) was $2k for the carbine, $2.5k for the battle rifle, $3k for the precision rifle.... So much for KELTEC making cheap stuff ;)
The company rep claimed to be 6-7 months away from production, and that orders for 5k rifles were placed over Thursday and Friday, with two more days left in the show...
